The Professional Master’s Programme, established pursuant to the Notice of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies – National Programme for Inclusion and the Fight Against Poverty 2021–2027, Priority 1, Specific Objective K (ESO 4.11), point 13 (May 2025), aims to provide participants with an advanced understanding of the regulations and organizational structures that define the integrated system of social interventions and services.Its primary goal is to develop the ability to design, implement, and evaluate individualized case management and social support pathways, fostering interventions that are both effective and responsive to the needs of individuals and communities.Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills—essential for operating within the complex territorial and organizational contexts in which social services are delivereThe programme also promotes the development of a reflective and multidisciplinary approach, grounded in collaboration and co-design among institutional and social stakeholders, with the ultimate aim of fostering a culture of integrated and participatory social work.
