The postgraduate degree course Diritto e amministrazione dell'ecosistema digitale provides an in-depth analysis of digital dynamics within public administration, addressing the challenges of technological transition in areas such as digital security, artificial intelligence and e-government.

Through a multidisciplinary approach, participants acquire skills to manage public digital activities in an integrated way.

With the shift to digital transition, public administrations are experiencing a technological renewal process that affects their organisation, structures, and methods of performing tasks. The rules of digital transition form an ecosystem that the public administration must understand in terms of dynamics, procedures, and responsibilities.

The postgraduate degree course provides tools to acquire skills and manage, in an integrated and organic way, the concrete activities related to the new public challenges in the digital field. It also trains operators with adequate preparation in the technical and technological fields, capable of developing legal decisions made with the help of digitised methods and mechanisms.

The postgraduate degree course is delivered in e-Learning mode.

Career opportunities

The postgraduate degree course is designed for three different groups of participants:

  • it trains professionals who can be employed as managers or operators, in the management, regulation and functioning of the administration's digital transition and, more generally, in the performance of daily public duties, which require an increasingly in-depth knowledge and familiarity with IT and telecommunication tools and protocols
  • it is intended for those who are about to start working in public administrations, administrative bodies or public structures at various levels
  • it allows anyone with an interest to acquire knowledge and skills to be used in private professional fields (lawyers, accountants, surveyors, architects and engineers) or it is destined for those who will come into contact with public administrations.
