The postgraduate degree course Radiologia Interventistica Body Vascolare ed Extravascolare trains highly qualified professionals in the use of various instrumental techniques for endovascular interventional procedures involving the thoraco-abdominal and peripheral vascular systems.
The course is designed for graduates in medicine and surgery, radiodiagnostics residents (in their third or fourth year) and certified radiodiagnostics specialists.
The programme provides comprehensive training in Oncological, Extravascular, Arterial and Venous Vascular Interventional Radiology, along with Anaesthesiological Support.
Classes are held online once a week, from February to July. The programme includes a traineeship involving hands-on participation in interventional procedures addressed throughout the course, made possible by supervised clinical training at the AOUP Interventional Radiology Unit.
Career opportunities
In response to the increasing demand for interventional radiology procedures in both emergency (vascular) and elective (oncological therapies and the management of vascular pathologies) treatments, graduates will be able to meet the healthcare system’s need for radiologists with specialised interventional expertise.
Fees
Regular students:
2500 € payable in 3 instalments

- 1000 € no later than 15 April 2027
- 500 € no later than 15 June 2027
Registration fee reductions are available for 2 students as specified in the call for applications.
